TIM CICCONE
LEAD PASTORTim has worked in Covenant Ministry since 1994 – beginning at Faith Covenant Church in Breton, Alberta, Canada. That pastoral journey called him through the years to the Denver, Colorado Area; Forest Lake, Minnesota; Muskegon, Michigan; the Kansas City area, and for the past 8+ years, Tim has served the Covenant Church as a denominational leader on the Make and Deepen Disciples team based out of Chicago.
Tim has been married to Maria for nearly 25 years and have known each other since they were children attending Crossroads Covenant Church in Forest Lake, MN. They have four beautiful children – Caleb, Josiah, Samantha, and Ethan.
The Ciccone family deeply loves sports and activities, the beach, their backyard deck, and celebrating the small and ordinary moments God brings daily.

CHRYSTINE VILHAUER
DIRECTOR OF KID'S MINISTRYChrystine’s passion for working with children and families was first sparked when she began her career as a social worker, gaining experience in child protection and adult mental health. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Evangel University in Springfield, MO and earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota. After taking several years off to focus on raising her kids, she accepted the position of Kids Ministry Director at her church, where she served for seven years. Chrystine has been married to her husband, Kirk, for 21 years and they have four kids. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and watching whatever sport or activity her kids are participating in that day.

JAMEY CASSELL
PASTORJamey grew up as a missionary kid spending time both in Colorado and Brussels, Belgium. He graduated Vanguard University of Southern California with a B.A. in Religion and Fuller Theological Seminary with a M.A. in Theology. He worked in several churches in California and Minnesota before joining New City Church. In addition to spending quality time with his family, he loves discovering new music, running, and specialty coffee.
