“In 2019, my hope is that we could be a community that prays together. We are inviting all New City members and regular attenders to join the staff and Leadership Team in praying through the weekly prayer guide, A Guide to Prayer for Ministers and Other Servants. This prayer guide has a simple to follow liturgical structure that guides us in daily prayer by providing weekly thematic prayers and readings that match up with the broader Christian calendar. The format provides the structure to quickly move through your prayer time in just a few minutes if you’re pressed for time or linger for much longer in reflection, silence, and journaling. You can pick one up at church on Sunday (suggested donation of $15 but don’t let the price stop you from taking one if you can’t afford it!).
