Chrystine’s passion for working with children and families was first sparked when she began her career as a social worker, gaining experience in child protection and adult mental health. She has a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Evangel University in Springfield, MO and earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Minnesota. After taking several years off to focus on raising her kids, she accepted the position of Kids Ministry Director at her church, where she served for seven years. Chrystine has been married to her husband, Kirk, for 21 years and they have four kids. In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling and watching whatever sport or activity her kids are participating in that day.
