Welcome to the new, New City Covenant Website. We are a brand new church plant in the Southwest Suburbs of Minneapolis. Our growth is similar to that of a seedling or a developing baby. You could think of us as a church "in utero" that is growing, developing and changing at the same rapid pace of a baby that grows inside a mother's womb. New people are joining our group just like new parts of a baby emerge over the course of 9 months. We are becoming a new body, an expression of the Body of Christ, which is the church. Just as expectant parents love to see the progress their baby makes, so also it's exciting to track the progress of our fledgling community. This website will be a way for you to stay in touch with the developmental milestones and upcoming events happening at New City. You can stay connected to us by subscribing to the RSS feed or joining the email newsletter mailing list. Both will help you stay informed about the happenings at New City.
If you're exploring Christianity, seeking God, interested in all things spiritual, without a church home, or just new to the area, we'd love to have you visit with us. We welcome any and all visitors. If you are a committed Christian who is currently part of a faith community, we'd love to have you visit us too. However, if you want to join our community, please talk to your pastor(s) first. We don't want to promote a consumeristic mentality that presents our church as just one more worship experience to be sampled on Sunday morning. We are a community -- a group of people living in intentional loving relationships with each other. If you are a member of another church family, consider sticking it out with them. If you'd like to join us, I urge you to do so as a missionary. You are being sent out of your current faith community so that you can help start a new one.

New City Covenant Church is
New City Covenant Church is the church of tomorrow,
The mellinnium like Church; A New Jerusalemlike Community of God's redeemed; And therefore should not copy or duplicate traditions of today churches. We Pray the Almighty will leed U to grow @ his pace. Don't be excited or discouraged by by the growth rate. Listen to the Word of God, written, spoken and revealed.
Our prayer is that you look up to God for inspiration, guidiance and listen for directives. Obey His directives, even if what He recommends does not seem to make sence to many, U will never regret it. All each Paul to plant and each Appolos to water so the Lord can make grow.(1 Corinthians 3:6-9)
We hope to visit U, God permitting.
God bless You in your Challenging project.
